There's a card game from Italy called "Bang". It's all about the wild west, sheriffs, outlaws & renegades. Pretty fun game. Makes you draw cowboys.
Another card game that I'd highly recommend is "Lunch Money". Best. Game. Ever. The ultimate "screw your neighbor" game that rewards ruthless brutality and a "blood in the water" piranha like mob mentality, it brings out the evil vindictive streak in everyone.
Warning: Lunch Money is best played with people who have very thick skins. If you use the phrase "you're a big meanie" a lot, or if you're prone to fits of Mel Gibson like vein popping outbursts you may want to avoid playing. ...Though your tears and impotent rage would most certainly be hilarious.
